General Policy
All fee payments made to New Life Centre School are considered final. Parents are advised to review all charges carefully before making any payments, as most fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds are only processed in exceptional cases such as overpayment, duplicate transactions, course cancellation by the school, or administrative errors. Requests must include valid proof and are subject to school management approval.
Final Decision
The final decision regarding any refund rests solely with the school administration. New Life Centre School reserves the right to update this policy at its discretion, and the latest version available on this page will be applicable.
Important Refund Guidelines
- Non-Refundable Fees: Registration, admission, and late payment fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refund Requests: Must be submitted in writing to the school office along with valid fee receipts and any relevant supporting documents.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of approval.
- Payment Mode: Refunds are made only through the original payment method or via direct bank transfer. Cash refunds are not provided for online payments.
- Failed / Duplicate Transactions: If your account is debited but the payment is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically reversed by PhonePe within 5–7 working days. Please contact us with your transaction reference if you face any delays.
- Changes to Policy: The school may update this refund policy at its discretion. The latest version published on this page will always be applicable.
